Tax Credit Information
Federal: All of these vehicles qualify for the 10%Federal Tax Credit up to $2500.
* NOTE: Oklahoma Tax Credit: ACG was working with the OTC to get qualified about the same time we sued the OTC. Now they won't give anyone a direct answer. These ARE cars! They meet all of the qualifications of Statue 68-23557.22.
The reason the OTC did not want to qualify some of the other vehicles is because they appeared to be manufactured primary for off road use. However, there is no question all of the ACG vehicles are NOT manufactured for off-road use or look like a golf car.
