The new Badboy Buggie XT is the latest innovation in Electric 4x4's. When equipped with the street legal package they both qualify for the Oklahoma and Federal tax credits.
2010 TAX CREDITS
When equipped with the Street Legal Package they will be titled as a Low Speed Vehicle. Oklahoma currently allows for a 50% tax credit on qualified electric vehicles. There is also a Federal tax credit which is 10% of the cost up to $2500.
When you purchase a BADBOY XT or Stealth it will be titled as a LSV(Low Speed Vehicle). It will have a 17 digit VIN and will meet all the saftey requirement of a LSV. Once you tag it, it will be legal to drive on any road under 35mph.
