TAX CREDITS    

The Patriot is titled as a Low Speed Vehicle.  Oklahoma  currently allows for a 50% tax credit on qualified electric vehicles.  There is also a Federal tax credit which is 10% of the cost of the vehicle up to $2500. 

When you purchase a Stealth it will be titled as a LSV(Low Speed Vehicle).  It will have a 17 digit VIN and will meet all the saftey requirement of a LSV.  Once you tag it, it will be legal to drive on any road under 35mph.
